About JXSOL

JXSOL is the export brand of Zhongshan Century Juxing Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd., a solar lighting manufacturer based in Guzhen Town, Zhongshan, Guangdong — the center of China's lighting manufacturing industry.

JXSOL solar lighting factory in Guzhen Town, Zhongshan, Guangdong

Factory Identity for Solar Lighting Buyers

Our core catalog is solar-powered outdoor lighting: street and roadway fixtures, parking lot and area lights, flood and security lights, garden and landscape products, pathway and bollard lights, wall lights, and smart solar systems. We also support selected adjacent solar-powered lines such as solar fans and home or portable solar battery products when buyers want to broaden a catalog without changing factory relationships.

We supply distributors, project contractors, and brand owners who need a factory they can reorder from — not a sourcing agent who assembles orders from three different suppliers. Our production is in-house, our engineering team is on-site, and our inspection lab is part of the same building where the product is assembled.

Core Product Categories

Single-Factory Supply, Not a Sourcing Agent

We supply distributors, project contractors, and brand owners who need a factory they can reorder from — not a sourcing agent who assembles orders from three different suppliers. Our production is in-house, our engineering team is on-site, and our inspection lab is part of the same building where the product is assembled.

Built Around Outdoor Solar Lighting Since 2012

We started in 2012 with a narrow focus: solar-powered outdoor lighting for export markets. That remains the core of the site and the main factory positioning. What has changed is the depth of what we can do around solar-powered products.

13+

Years Focused on Solar Lighting

Export-market outdoor solar since founding

Early on, the main buyer complaints in solar lighting were battery failures after one rainy season, inconsistent lumen output between batches, and waterproof claims that didn't survive field conditions. We built our production system around those three failure points:

Battery Matching & Charge/Discharge Testing

Addresses the #1 field failure: batteries dying after one rainy season. Every battery cell is matched and tested through full charge/discharge cycles before assembly.

Lumen & Color Temperature Confirmation

Solves batch-to-batch inconsistency. Lumen output and color temperature are verified at the assembly stage — not just at component intake — so every unit in a shipment performs the same.

IP65/IP67 Waterproof Verification

Eliminates waterproof claims that don't survive field conditions. IP rating is verified before any unit leaves the line — not assumed from component-level specs.

Thirteen-plus years focused on solar lighting means we've seen most of the ways solar lighting fails in the field. That history is built into how we spec components, how we run QC, and how we advise buyers on configurations for their specific markets.

Manufacturing Scale

Production Capacity That Supports Repeat Orders

The factory covers 12,000 square meters in Guzhen Town, with 150 employees across production, engineering, QC, and operations. Six dedicated production lines run automated SMT assembly, LED module integration, battery pack matching, and final assembly. Daily output runs above 5,000 units, and annual capacity sits at 1,200,000 units.

Why This Capacity Number Matters

That capacity number matters for a specific reason: it means your reorder doesn't compete with a new customer's first run. We schedule production in advance, and a 10,000-unit repeat order for a distributor doesn't displace a 50,000-unit project order — the lines are sized to handle both simultaneously.

We've had buyers lose a season because their previous supplier couldn't separate new-customer onboarding from existing-account fulfillment. That's a scheduling problem, not a capacity problem, and we manage it deliberately.

Production Flow

The production flow for a standard solar street light or flood light runs through defined stages. Each stage has a defined checkpoint — not a spot check, a checkpoint. Every unit that moves to the next stage has passed the previous one.

Core Lighting Scope

That breadth means a distributor building a solar-powered catalog can source multiple supported SKUs from one factory, with consistent quality standards and a single point of contact for reorders.

Solar fans and solar battery/portable power are adjacent solar-powered extensions, not a replacement for the lighting focus.

Quality Assurance

Inspection Controls Before the Container Leaves

Our certifications — ISO 9001:2015, CE, RoHS, IP65/IP67 Ingress Protection, and IEC 62124 — are the entry point, not the full picture. CE and IEC 62124 cover the electrical and photovoltaic performance requirements that matter for European and regulated market entry. RoHS compliance covers restricted substance requirements that affect import clearance in the EU and increasingly in other markets. IP65/IP67 ratings are tested on our own waterproof inspection equipment, not assumed from housing design.

What Happens at Each Inspection Layer

Incoming Material Inspection (IQC)

Every batch of LEDs, battery cells, solar cells, and housing components is sampled and tested against spec before entering the production line. Rejected lots are returned to the supplier — they never reach assembly.

In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)

Checkpoints at each production station verify solder quality, wiring polarity, battery capacity matching, and mechanical fit. Issues are caught and corrected at the station, not discovered downstream.

Final Quality Control (FQC)

Every finished unit undergoes a full functional test: charge cycle, discharge under load, lumen output measurement, motion sensor trigger verification, and waterproof seal check. Units that fail are reworked or scrapped.

Outgoing Quality Assurance (OQA)

Before container loading, a statistical sample from the packed order is pulled and re-tested. Packing integrity, labeling accuracy, and carton drop-test results are verified. The container doesn't leave until OQA signs off.

Third-Party Testing & Verification

We support and encourage third-party inspection at any stage. Many of our distribution partners send their own QC teams or hire agencies like SGS, Bureau Veritas, or TÜV to inspect production runs before shipment. We provide full access to the production floor, test records, and material traceability documentation.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions from distributors evaluating a manufacturing partnership.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ varies by product line, typically starting at 100–500 units for standard models. Custom OEM/ODM orders may have higher minimums depending on tooling requirements. Contact us with your specific needs and we'll provide exact MOQ and pricing.

How long does production take for a standard order?

Standard orders typically ship within 15–25 days after order confirmation and deposit. Custom orders with new tooling or packaging may require 30–45 days. Repeat orders are faster because we pre-stage materials for established partners.

Can I visit the factory before placing an order?

Yes. We welcome factory visits and audits. Our facility in Zhongshan, Guangdong is accessible from Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and Hong Kong airports. We can arrange pickup and provide a full production floor tour, QC lab walkthrough, and sample review session.

What payment terms do you offer?

Standard terms are 30% deposit with 70% balance before shipment (T/T). For established partners with order history, we offer flexible terms including L/C at sight and negotiated credit terms. We work with you to find a payment structure that supports your cash flow.

Do you handle shipping and logistics?

We offer both FOB (Zhongshan/Shenzhen port) and CIF pricing. For CIF orders, we handle freight forwarding, customs documentation, and delivery coordination to your designated port. We work with established freight partners to ensure competitive rates and reliable transit times. Door-to-door delivery can also be arranged.

What certifications do your products carry?

Our products carry CE, RoHS, and IP65/IP66 ratings as standard. Additional certifications including IEC, SONCAP, PVOC, and market-specific approvals can be arranged depending on your target region. We handle the testing and documentation process.

Can I get samples before committing to a bulk order?

Absolutely. We encourage sample orders so you can evaluate build quality, brightness, battery performance, and packaging firsthand. Sample fees are typically refunded against your first bulk order. Express shipping ensures you receive samples within 5–7 business days.

What happens if products arrive damaged or defective?

Every shipment is inspected before dispatch, but if issues arise, our warranty covers manufacturing defects for 3–5 years depending on product line. We offer replacement units on the next order or credit toward future purchases. Our QC team investigates every claim to prevent recurrence.

RoHS & Export Compliance

Compliance Practices for Export Buyers

RoHS compliance is built into our component sourcing, not added at the documentation stage. We source LED chips, battery cells, and electronic components from suppliers who provide material declarations, and we maintain records by batch. For buyers importing into the EU or markets with restricted substance requirements, this means the compliance documentation traces back to the component level, not just the finished product.

Inherently Lower-Impact Product Category

Solar-powered lighting is inherently lower-impact than grid-connected alternatives — no ongoing energy draw, no grid infrastructure dependency. The environmental case is built into the product architecture itself.

Battery Handling & Disposal

We manage battery handling and disposal through licensed channels, sort packaging waste by material type, and run electrical assembly areas under standard safety protocols for low-voltage electronics manufacturing.

Worker Safety Protocols

Worker safety in our testing and aging areas follows standard electrical safety practices for the product category. All low-voltage electronics manufacturing zones operate under documented safety protocols.

Why the Engineering Review Matters

For OEM/ODM projects with custom specifications, we work through an engineering review before production to confirm the configuration is achievable and to lock the spec before tooling or component procurement.

We've seen buyers skip the engineering review to save time and then spend three times as long resolving spec mismatches during production. The review is faster.

Team Structure

The People Who Keep Specs Consistent

JXSOL engineering and QC team reviewing solar lighting specifications on the production floor

Optical & Electrical Engineering Leadership

The engineering team is led by optical and electrical engineers with more than a decade of experience in solar lighting design — the kind of experience that comes from debugging field failures, not just running simulations.

Production Supervisors

Our production supervisors manage the six lines with direct accountability for output quality at each checkpoint, not just throughput. Quality is measured at the station level, not only at end-of-line.

Independent QC Function

The QC team runs incoming, in-process, and outgoing inspection as a dedicated function, separate from production — they report on quality, not on schedule pressure. This structural independence means inspection decisions are never subordinated to delivery deadlines.

Three layers of accountability — engineering design, line-level production supervision, and independent quality control — ensure that specifications are maintained from prototype through volume production.
