JXSOL — the export brand of Zhongshan Century Juxing Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. — provides a 3-year limited warranty on all solar lighting products manufactured and sold under the JXSOL brand, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and installation conditions.

What the Warranty Covers
- LED module failure not caused by physical damage or improper installation
- Battery cell defects resulting in capacity falling below 70% of rated capacity within the warranty period
- Solar panel output degradation beyond normal rated tolerance
- Controller and sensor malfunctions under normal operating conditions
- Structural defects in the housing that compromise IP65/IP67 waterproof integrity
- Failure of factory-installed components under rated environmental conditions
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
- Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or failure to follow the installation guide
- Physical damage from impact, vandalism, or acts of nature (flooding, lightning strike, extreme weather events beyond rated conditions)
- Damage resulting from operation outside the product's rated voltage, temperature, or environmental specifications
- Normal wear and degradation within rated tolerances (e.g., LED lumen depreciation within the L70 specification)
- Products that have been modified, repaired, or disassembled by parties other than JXSOL or its authorized representatives
- Consumable components with defined service lives (e.g., battery cells after the rated cycle count)
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect product function
Warranty Claim Procedure
To initiate a warranty claim, contact JXSOL at sales@jxsol.com with the following information:
Order Reference Number
The purchase order or invoice number from your original order.
Product Model & Quantity
The specific SKU(s) and number of units affected.
Description of the Defect
A clear description of the failure mode, including when it was first observed.
Supporting Documentation
Photographs or video showing the defect; installation photos if available.
Batch Code
Found on the product label or carton; used for production traceability.

For claims requiring physical inspection, we may request that defective units be returned to our facility in Zhongshan, Guangdong, China. Return shipping arrangements and cost allocation will be confirmed at the time of claim approval.
Why We Ask for Detailed Documentation
We run 100% pre-shipment inspection on every unit before the container closes — if a defect reaches the field, we want to understand the failure mode. Detailed documentation helps us trace it back to the production batch and prevent recurrence.
Warranty Remedies
Upon approval of a valid warranty claim, JXSOL will, at its discretion, provide one of the following remedies:
Replacement Units
Replacement of defective units with equivalent products from current production.
Repair
Repair of defective units where technically feasible.
Credit
A credit toward a future order, applied at the original unit price.
Remedy Determination
The remedy provided will be determined based on the nature of the defect, the quantity affected, and the buyer's operational requirements.
Replacement Warranty Coverage
Replacement units are covered by the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days from shipment of the replacement, whichever is longer.
Exclusions
JXSOL does not cover consequential damages, lost profits, or costs arising from product downtime, removal, or reinstallation unless separately agreed in writing.
Return Policy
Pre-Shipment Quality Disputes
All JXSOL products undergo 100% pre-shipment inspection before container sealing. If you identify a quality discrepancy upon arrival — units that do not match the confirmed specification, visible damage from transit, or missing components — notify us within 14 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date.
Required Documentation
- Delivery date and container or shipment reference
- Description and photographic documentation of the discrepancy
- Quantity affected, with carton and batch codes where available
We will review the documentation and respond within 5 business days with a resolution path. Depending on the nature of the discrepancy, resolution may include replacement shipment, partial credit, or return authorization.
Return Authorization
No returns are accepted without prior written authorization from JXSOL. Unauthorized returns will not be processed and may be returned to the sender at their cost.
To request return authorization:
Contact sales@jxsol.com with your order reference, the reason for return, and supporting documentation.
Await written return authorization (RA) confirmation from JXSOL.
Ship authorized returns to the address specified in the RA confirmation, using the RA number on all shipping documents and outer cartons.
Returns must be shipped in original or equivalent protective packaging. Products damaged in return transit due to inadequate packaging may affect the resolution outcome.
Return Shipping Costs
Confirmed Manufacturing Defects
JXSOL covers return shipping costs or provides a prepaid shipping label, subject to agreement at the time of RA issuance.
Returns for Non-Defect Reasons
Returns for reasons other than confirmed defects (e.g., order changes, specification mismatches arising from buyer-side errors): return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
Customs & Import Duties
Customs and import duties for cross-border returns are the responsibility of the returning party unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cross-border returns from North America, Europe, or the Middle East involve customs documentation — we'll provide the necessary paperwork on our end when we issue the RA. Coordinate with your freight forwarder on the export side.
Conditions That Void the Warranty
The warranty is void if any of the following conditions apply to the product in question:
Serial Number Tampering
The product serial number or batch label has been removed, altered, or made illegible.
Unauthorized Modification
The product has been opened, modified, or repaired by unauthorized parties.
Out-of-Spec Installation
Damage is attributable to installation conditions outside the product's rated specifications — for example, submersion beyond IP67 depth rating, or ambient temperatures outside the rated operating range.
Unintended Application
The product has been used in applications for which it was not designed or rated.
Limitation of Liability
Maximum Liability Cap
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JXSOL's total liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the defective units.
Excluded Damages
JXSOL is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from product defects or warranty claims, including but not limited to:
- Lost revenue
- Project delays
- Costs of removal and reinstallation
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by jurisdiction.
Governing Terms
This warranty and return policy is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from warranty claims that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation will be referred to the competent courts or arbitration body in Zhongshan, Guangdong, China, unless otherwise agreed in a separate written purchase agreement between JXSOL and the buyer.
Where a formal purchase agreement exists between JXSOL and the buyer, the terms of that agreement govern in the event of any conflict with this policy.
